Clients

 Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Please take a moment to review the following information:

  • All clients and staff will be required to practice good hygiene which includes:

    • Wearing face masks, sanitizing hands and washing hands frequently, before, after, and in between all breaks.

    • Avoid touching one’s face and frequently touched surfaces when possible.

    • Maintaining reasonable physical distance when possible. 6ft between clients and staff, and the use of mask if distance cannot be maintained.


Shop


• Hand sanitizers and sinks will be accessible in the shop for convenience. 

  • Additional cleaning and disinfecting will be applied to “high-touch” areas such as the bathroom,
    front counter, doors, etc. Every 1 or 2 hours and in between clients.

  • The shop is taking APPOINTMENTS ONLY for now.

  • If you have any symptoms of a cold, flu or COVID-19 including cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat,
    fatigue, OR have been in contact with anyone who has had those symptoms,
    please contact the studio or your artist immediately to reschedule.

  • Any client who has arrived from outside of Canada, or who is a contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case,
    is asked to self- isolate for 14 days to make sure they are in good health before having a tattoo appointment. 

  • Clients will be required to fill out a safety measures form upon arrival.

  • Maximum capacity in the studio will be limited.
    As always, we do not allow clients to bring additional guests to the appointment.
    Tattoo sessions are between clients and their artist only.

  • All consultations will be through the phone.

  • Waiting area will be closed, unless you have an appointment.

  • All our artists are Blood borne pathogen prevention certified, and infection control COVID 19 certified.


Staff


• Staff are required to wash their hands upon arriving for work, before and after breaks,
after handling cash or other materials, before and after handling common tools and equipment.

  • Cleaning protocol required by artists and by person left in charge of the shop when the artists are tattooing. 

  • Hourly disinfecting of for all common areas and surfaces, including washrooms,
    equipment, tools, common tables, desks, light switches, and door handles while wearing gloves at all times. 

  • Maintaining physical distance between each other of 6ft. 

  • Preparing tattoo stencils with good distance at one’s station. 

  • Wearing masks all the time.
